1) We offer two delivery methods
Collect – you may choose to collect your order from our premises - Unit 14 Pineville Junction, 81 Stapleton Road, Pinetown, 3610:
Delivery – We can deliver directly to your home or business anywhere in South Africa:
2) Order Processing
We will only start working on your order once we have received a confirmed order and full payment (credit card/EFT payments) is actually reflected in our bank account.
Orders will be dispatched within 1 - 2 working days.
3) Shipping Costs
Our shipping costs are as follows: -
Delivery fee of R75,00 for orders to all Main Centres within South Africa which are up to the value of R500.00 (excl. VAT) and a maximum of 30 kgs.
For orders over 30 kg, the following rates will apply:-
Local Deliveries within Kwa Zulu Natal ( Which includes all areas along the North Coast up to Richard's Bay, along the South Coast to the Wild Coast and Inland to Pietermaritzburg)
National Deliveries to Main Centres Johannesburg*, Pretoria*, Bloemfontein*, Cape Town*, Durban*, Port Elizabeth*, East London*, George*, Kimberley, Ladysmith, Nelspruit, Polokwane, Potchefstroom, Welkom and Witbank
Important notes for National deliveries:
Consignments are charged on the greater of the total actual mass or total volume for items per waybill. The formula for calculating volumetric mass per item is dimensions divided by volumetric factor:
4) Delivery Times
Depending on the location, we work to ensure all orders are delivered within 7 working days. Delivery time will be communicated to you/the nominated recipient at least a day in advance.

5) Undeliverable Orders
In case packages are returned to us as undeliverable, we will try to contact you and plan for re-shipment. Should this be as a result of the recipient not being present during pre-agreed delivery times, re-shipment will be organised at an additional cost to you, the purchaser.
6) Queries
Once you click to purchase with us, legal obligations arise and your right to a refund is limited by our terms and conditions as specified. Once payment is made, it is deemed that you have read our terms and conditions for the purchase.
